Guide through tap-to-phone for a successful transaction
1. Phone terminals like Vibrant do require that your customer touches the card directly into the NFC location.
2. Make sure to guide your customers to keep the contact on the device for approximately 3-5 seconds directly where your NFC is located.
3. Note it's important your customer uses the chip of their cards when completing a transaction.
